ANNOUNCEMENT – condominiums and apartments

We are pleased to announce a major condominium and rental apartment project at District 55.

Les Habitations Paris et Frères today launched phase 1 of the largest condo construction site at District 55. More than 500 condos will be built during this first phase. Construction started a few weeks ago and will continue over the next eight to ten years. The 3 ½ and 4 ½ unit condos will be housed in buildings of 8 to 12 units. Pre-sales have already begun.

In addition to the condos, Les Habitations Paris et Frères will be building, in partnership with Groupe Robin and Groupe Laferté, another eight buildings containing a total of 64 apartments. These 3 ½, 4 ½ and 5 ½ apartments will be available for rent as of July 2017.
