Located at the intersection of Highways 40 and 55, District 55 is expected to become the gateway to Trois-Rivières. Once completed, it will offer boutiques, department stores, office spaces, restaurants, parks, entertainment, services and residential housing – all in one vibrant and inviting neighbourhood. The Dépanneur du Coin & Ultramar gas station is one of the first gas stations to be built in the new development and will be located on Rue de la Diversité. With a total area of 45,000 square feet, it will also be one of the chain’s largest service station concept stores in the province.
