ANNOUNCEMENT – Holiday Inn Express & suites Trois-Rivières

District 55 is pleased to announce that construction work has officially begun on its future LEED hotel, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Trois-Rivières.

The work is being carried out by Groupe Robin, which has already built two other Holiday Inn hotels in Saint-Hyacinthe and in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Like its predecessors, the Trois-Rivières hotel will be aiming for LEED certification.

The future four-storey, 111-room hotel will be strategically located near the exit of Highway 55 and will open in the spring of 2018. Among other things, guests will enjoy an indoor pool, fitness centre, breakfast room, Internet room in the lobby and three beautiful meeting rooms. The hotel will also offer complimentary hot breakfast, wireless high-speed Internet, local calls and daily and regional newspapers.
